What All To Do In Portugal
Portugal is a country you can never get tired of- there is so much to do! While in Portugal, make sure you do not miss out on ten things:
Port Wine Lodges of Vila Nova de Gaia- this is a place that offers wine, books and history. It is in Oporto. Also make sure you visit Lello bookshop, Foz Velha restaurant and the Arabic room at the Stock Exchange. While at Portugal, visit the Douro Valley- a stunning place renowned for its wine- and go for wine tasting tours there. Pena Palace in Sintra is definitely worth the visit while you are at Portugal.
The creepy Bones Chapel (Capela dos Ossos) is also a must-visit while you are at Portugal. Love blues? Then go for a A Fado performance in Lisbon. Also, Whale watching in the Azores Islands is a must watch! Alentejo wine country, a place with Arabic cast- views of the desert- simply has to be visited. Have pork and clams while you are there. Visit Nazaré while you are at Portugal, you will get the best fish here. Batalha Monastery is also a great place to visit while you're visiting Portugal.
